The Squidinkjets.com.au (website still under heavy development until February 2007) is an e-commerce web development project that has a B2C characteristic selling inks,printers and related products via an e-store online. Different from other e-commerce projects, this project is unique in that the store's fullfilment role is translated into a drop shipping fullfilment role. The elements of the store consist of a securre online payment component, private accounts area, loyalty points, offline sales promotion programs through coupons, forward logistics and reverse logistics tracking and customer support ticketing components. The management and the corporate office is centered in Australia, the IT, support and customer service function is distributred between Australia and Bali depending on the functions and roles of the support and CS. The project is an ongoing development and Online marketing project consisting of Search Engine Optimazation (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM),Affiliate Marketing integrated with a an analytics and customer support function (CIM and CRM)
