----Decissions----
1. No Corporate Accounts - specialized coupons linked to the My Accounts entity, only form which they may request corporate accounts (Ive discussed with my team this we cannot do by the 20th), no logins to corporate account private area. My accounts area will have some text fields when "filled in" describing the owner of the personal account as being a corporate account user, no functional differences besides from this with the personal my account users.
2. No Fundraising and Fundraising Amount tracking ( this can be done After Beta phase 2 in parallel to the Affiliates - coz it works nearly in the same way)
3. The Point system is changed into a Reward Prize System where by Gained points from purchasing ink related items can only be used to exchange points in full with PRIZE products located in the Gold Box, also exchange in the Gold Box. These points can be used only to Exchange PRIZE items that are located in the GOLD BOX, such as Ipod etc, and the order process will not have a FORK in payment options. Items such as inks and toners or other items cannot be purchased via points or partialy purchased via points. Prize items and sold items are seperate. ( this is from what we heard from chris to scrape of the point system in the order process). (The prize at this stage is assumed to be shipped with the item order via TW, so no exchange of points can be done if no item is purchased)
4. The system will not track returns or replacements, chargebacks, rejects, replaced, partial payments for restocking and shipping after the item trasactions.
5. The system will assume products are always in stock, for search engine purposes, for those items that have been noted as a back order item by TW in their everyday documents, the product will still be displayed/shown however no purchase button will exist for it to be characterized as purchasable items.
6. Order status, there are still only 2, open and shipped. After the order has been updated as being Shipped, the system will not have control of the order, returns, cancellatoins, chargebacks rejects will not be recorded. Communication with TW are 100% customer service and TW personnel, the system will not send notices or emails to TW in anyway.
7. The system cannot merge orders or split of orders

Some additional points the system will implement
A. Charity will only be displayed/presented as funds being put into charity after checkout as a result of a cupon number being inputted, the amount of charity not trackable or connected in anyway with the my accounts or other entity
B. Reporting is standard reporting for orders vs transactions vs account owners only.
