Free Shipping -
Free shipping will be eligible in an order if the total of the order goes beyond the X value determinined on the back end. This x value is calculated after the very end aggregate total and effect of points, and coupons.
COUPONS
1. Used more in offline marketing for special sales program
2. Have a limited use/ expire date
3. User per coupon - per customer
4. Limited in number
5. Will be tracked, standard tracking, which transaction is the coupon being used etc
6. Act as a campaign, mutiple campaign coupon program possible
7. Campaign have descripion on the back end
8. Seen after delivery and shipping
9. Effects pricing on some campaigns
10. Some coupon values Effects Fufilments Display (e.g. Free CD with this coupon)

Does not effect Shipping values in the system ( system assumes same shipping pricing regardless of give aways)

If a customer orders 5 different items and one item proves to be out of stock
then the system will split the original system generated order ID into two
order ID's. The Original order ID having a crossed out line and a sign of back order and the
new ID with the items that are available in stock and should be able to be delivered.
Cancellations can be done to any order ID's. Relating to DEWIs post on Cancellations, there system cannot handle Item Cancellations. It can only handle Order cancellations.
The System could not handle two consecutive orders that are requested to be merged into one order or batched orders, regarless of the lapse time between orders
Dear All
there is no partial order cancelation. Means like this:
1. If you are custumer and you order 5 items : a, b, c, d and e. You are not allowed to have item cancelation (mean if you want to cancel item a, you are not allowed). If you want to cancel then you have to cancel all the items.
NOTE: IT IS NOT BACK ORDER FLOW
